Pullman Court service charge demand for 2019.

All leaseholders should take note of an apparent anomaly in the current service charge demand from Prior Estates.

Analysis by the board of the Pullman Court Management Company has established that there may be a difference between the amount of money demanded on the “Annual Statement”, and the amount of money demanded on the “Payment Request”.

The anomaly exists because there was a refund made last year by Prior, which for most people stayed on their account.

Leaseholders should therefore pay ONLY the Total Amount Due at the bottom of the Annual Statement, to keep their accounts up to date.

This is likely to be lower than the amount on the Payment Request.

For those who pay by Direct Debt, the directors assume that Prior Estates will adjust payment requests to reflect the correct figure.
